Fifteen years after retaining GLP to design its Sears Tower headquarters, the investment firm GTCR asked us to design their new headquarters in the penthouse of Chicago’s newest Class A building, 300 N LaSalle. The new space reflects the firm’s commitment to service excellence through beautifully detailed interiors that take advantage of the expansive Chicago skyline views. A palette of warm woods and supple leathers combines with an architecturally integrated partition system, incorporating large glass elements. This fusion provides a rich, modern environment that is supportive of their business goals and objectives.
