Gary Lee Partners worked with Boston’s Broder Properties and Pappageorge Haymes Partners on the 508 W. Diversey luxury residences. We designed the layout and finishes for the building’s 53 units, using warm and natural materials for a minimalist approach. Opened in 2018, the building is fully leased. 

Each luxury residence includes floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Lake Michigan; Nest thermostats, Bosch appliances, and double vanities. “Our apartment homes are so uniquely livable and exquisitely beautiful, you’ll never need an upgrade,” says the property’s website. 

Gary Lee Partners also designed the lobby and shared spaces for 508 W. Diversey. These include a fitness center, workout deck, rooftop terrace, and dog spa.
