Our challenge was to combine two visions into a memorable dining environment. The owner envisioned a restaurant that showcased true Midwestern hospitality with international flair; a place that blended style with comfort, past with present, and timeless design. The chef envisioned a restaurant that embodied his culinary style described as of the moment, good-spirited, and filled with clean, pure, direct flavors; a place that was simple, yet elegant. The success of Sepia’s cuisine and design have resulted in countless accolades including being named as a Hot Table by Forbes and features in Food & Wine, The Wall Street Journal, Food Arts, Architectural Record, Elle Décor, and Gourmet.
